Audi has introduced new plug-in hybrid versions of its A5 series, available in both Avant and Sedan body styles. These models come with two power levels, offering up to 270 kilowatts of total output.
A notable enhancement is the high-voltage battery, which now boasts approximately 45% more capacity and higher energy density. This improvement, combined with an intelligent hybrid management system and a smart recuperation strategy, enables an electric-only driving range of up to 110 kilometers (68 miles).
