The 2025 Lexus RZ is an all-electric luxury SUV that marks Lexus’s commitment to sustainable mobility. Built on Toyota’s e-TNGA platform, also utilized by the Toyota bZ4X and Subaru Solterra, the RZ offers a blend of performance, technology, and design.
The RZ 450e variant features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, branded as “Direct4.” This setup combines a 150 kW (204 hp) front motor with an 80 kW (109 hp) rear motor, delivering a total output of 230 kW (313 hp). This configuration enables the RZ to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 5.6 seconds.
Equipped with a 71.4 kWh lithium-ion battery, the RZ offers an estimated range of about 200 miles under the EPA cycle, depending on wheel size. The vehicle supports DC fast charging at rates up to 150 kW, facilitating quick recharging sessions.
