Mercedes-Benz and Mortlbauer Present Hydrogen Combustion Prototypes
Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks and Mortlbauer Baumaschinen Vertriebs have jointly presented two prototypes as part of the companies’ WaVe development project to research hydrogen combustion engines. The prototypes include a Unimog multi-purpose utility vehicle and a specialized tracked crawler grader.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and ZeroAvia are working towards a demonstration flight using ZeroAvia’s ZA2000 hydrogen-electric engines. KLM will supply a large regional turboprop aircraft for the tests.
