Stellantis Marks Production of 100,000th Chrysler Pacifica PHEV

Stellantis’ Windsor Assembly Plant has marked the production of its 100,000th Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid minivan. Production of the Pacifica PHEV began in December of 2016. The 100,000th van was a 2023 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid Touring L model in Brilliant Black. The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid remains the only plug-in hybrid in the segment.

The Pacifica PHEV is the first of several electrified Chrysler models coming to the brand. The first all-electric Chrysler vehicle will come in 2025 and all of the brand’s models will have fully electric options by 2028.

“Congratulations to the entire team at Windsor Assembly Plant on production of the 100,000th ultimate family vehicle, the Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid. The Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid jump-started the Chrysler brand’s electrified journey, and we continue to build on this foundation to deliver the first all-electric Chrysler vehicle in 2025 and an all-electric Chrysler brand portfolio in 2028.” –Chris Feuell, Chrysler brand chief executive officer – Stellantis

The Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid offers 32 miles of all-electric range and 82 MPGe efficiency with a total range of 520 miles. The minivan seats up to seven and has more interior capacity than any other PHEV in the industry.
